Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) Signals Practice Test

Signal 11 is associated with the action to "Call GHQ by phone." This signal is a protocol used within the Ohio State Highway Patrol to ensure that communication lines remain open and accessible for coordination and operational efficiency. Calling GHQ, or General Headquarters, is essential for officers to report significant incidents, seek guidance, or relay important information that may require attention at a higher level. The significance of this protocol lies in its ability to facilitate quick and effective communication in the field, ultimately contributing to better incident management and support for officers in their duties.
